RightPro Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing new clients and expanding current client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare staffing sales and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations
  • Expand and deepen relationships with current clients, including identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed of market developments and adjust sales strategies as needed
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in healthcare staffing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their full potential
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decision-making
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and market trends
