Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in technical writing, project management, and budget control to lead and coordinate environmental and construction projects. This is a pivotal role that includes managing technical deliverables, overseeing budgets, interfacing with clients, and ensuring seamless project execution.

The role is primarily focused on technical project management (80%) with occasional fieldwork (20%) as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical deliverables, including closure reports, environmental assessments, construction work plans, feasibility studies, and as-builts.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and review technical memos, reports, and submittals with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (primarily oil and gas companies), providing cost-effective solutions and project updates.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to update diagrams, designs, and technical plans.
- Oversee treatment systems operations, including extraction systems, tanks, valves, and pumps, with hands-on learning and management as needed.
- Lead database management, ensuring accurate and organized project documentation.
- Collaborate with subcontracted engineering firms and field teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Provide leadership in environmental monitoring, sampling, and compliance documentation as necessary.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering growth and preparing them for expanded roles within the organization.
Qualifications

Experience:
- 3 years in project management within the environmental, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of managing technical reports, stormwater management plans, and feasibility studies.

Education:
- Project Management level experience or similar role in dealing with Budgets, Reporting, Suppliers, Contracts, and working with vendors. Construction Management, Environmental, Civil Engineering, or Technical background is highly recommended.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field not required

- Strong expertise in technical writing and reporting (e.g., closure reports, as-builts, engineering updates).
- Proficiency in project documentation tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite).
