Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee public works and federal projects across Southern and Central California. This traveling role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong field coordination experience who is ready to manage complex projects from start to finish. All travel-related expenses including per diem, housing, and vehicle allowance are provided.
Key Responsibilities

Lead field operations for multiple construction projects, ensuring work meets quality, schedule, and safety standards.

Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, field staff, suppliers, and inspectors.

Interpret and enforce project plans, specs, and safety requirements.

Support site layout and phasing activities.

Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance.

Track and maintain daily logs, labor reports, and project documentation.

Facilitate jobsite meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.

Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and field teams.
Qualifications & Requirements

5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably on public works or federal government contracts.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.

Solid understanding of OSHA regulations, jobsite safety, and quality assurance.

Proficient in interpreting construction plans, specs, and contracts.

Willingness and availability to travel throughout Southern and Central California as needed.

Valid driver’s license.
