General Description:

Our company is looking for highly professional Office/Admin. Asst. to handle clerical tasks and online sales. You will be handling Data entry, greeting clients and visitors, and performing other general office duties and errands.

Office/Admin. Assistant/Sales Duties:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

This person is the first point of contact for the organization and would be responsible for taking calls, welcoming visitors, and directing them to appointments or the appropriate personnel to meet their needs.

  • Answer emails, manage social media (including and not limited to creating posts and blog posts for our website), prepare various reports, and maintain records.
  • Performs basic accounting functions including, but not limited to invoicing, sales orders, processing and preparing orders.
  • Receives and date incoming production orders, processes production tickets and maintains associated files.
  • Opens and sorts of mail, processes items as applicable.
  • Maintains customer records and provides information and assistance to customers both in person and over the telephone.
  • Assist in office cleanliness when needed.
  • Other duties assigned by upper management.
  • Conduct work in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner when dealing with customers, co-workers, vendors, and others.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage time accordingly
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff member
  • Answer questions about prouducts and quote potential customers
  • Scan, copy and email documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Google Docs/Sheets(Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as doing bank deposits
  • Manage and maintain files
  • Set up devices (phones, computers, laptops) for office employees with computer tech assistance
  • 1 year as an office assistant similar position
  • High school diploma
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office/Google Docs
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. comfortably
  • Have a CA valid license
  • Clean driving record required
  • Quickbooks experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off
