Responsibilities
- Develop, perform, and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Measure key performance indicators and benchmarking results across accounts, markets, business units, and channels and communicate results to leadership via dashboards and reports
- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability
- Translate analysis into meaningful business insights. Build potential options and actionable recommendations around those insights to drive strategic decisions
- Construct executive-level presentations, crafting a strategic story out of the numbers to present findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Influence leadership through fact-based analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 6 years of Finance experience
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects, issues, and timelines
- Able to translate data into a story, explaining quarterly variances, risks, and opportunities
- Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to design recommendations
- Able to lead, set objectives, and seek results
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
