Senior Financial Analyst – Drive Financial Strategy and Insights!

We are working with a leading organization to find a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track business performance and evaluate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data and analysis for business strategy.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, reporting any variances and trends.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis for various business units and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) best practices is preferred.
