What You’ll Bring
- Degree and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Marketing Mastery: Proven experience preparing qualifications statements, proposals, and presentations in response to RFPs/RFQs.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe InDesign, with additional experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, preferred.
- Communication Champion: Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, along with strong oral communication skills.
- Organized and Driven: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Visionary: Experience in graphic design is preferred.
What You'll Do
- Craft Winning Proposals and Narratives: Research, write, edit, and proof high-quality proposal documents, staff resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral to deliver compelling submissions.
- Strategize for Success: Coordinate and conduct proposal kick-off meetings with project managers and team members to develop effective strategies and winning deliverables.
- Track Opportunities: Manage proposal workflows, search for RFPs, and ensure opportunities are accurately tracked in our system.
- Elevate Our Brand: Coordinate with and assist the Marketing Group to develop and ensure consistency in our company branding for internal and external outreach.
- Build Relationships and Collaborate: Attend pre-bid meetings, marketing events, and conferences to strengthen relationships and gather insights, as needed.
- Innovate and Support: Contribute to public relations initiatives and assist with pre-qualifications, registrations, and other marketing development activities, as needed.
