As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in nightlife settings, such as nightclubs, banquets, and catering events. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a clean and organized bar area will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, ice and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops.
- Prepare ingredients for cocktails and assist with food preparation as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist management in unloading and tracking liquor deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Must have reliable form of transportation.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
