What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at The Firefly?
A modern day taqueria and cantina with bold flavors, bright colors and new takes on traditional classics. With a large, open-aired dining concept, full bar, fire pits and an exclusive balcony event space, our goal is to bring a unique and welcoming dining experience to all.
We are looking for barbacks with energy, excitement and a passion for customer service.
Duties and requirements:
-Prepare all service well cocktails, beer & wine
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Stock bar inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available to work weekends
