Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $104,312 – $167,772 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Starting Bonus: No signing bonus or relocation assistance offered
- Shift: Monday – Friday, Full-Time, In-Person

Job Summary
Our client is actively seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP, APRN) to provide
comprehensive and compassionate care to pediatric and adolescent patients in a primary care
setting. This role is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to children and adolescents
- Conduct patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Ensure culturally competent care and patient-centered communication
- Coordinate care with internal departments and external community agencies
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and approved nurse practitioner program
with pediatric specialization - Valid APRN license in the State of Connecticut (or eligibility)
- Eligible for or possession of DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration
- COVID-19 vaccination required (with reasonable accommodations considered)
Ideal Qualifications
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
