As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various online channels, including social media, SEO, paid search, email marketing, and display ads. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns that help us engage with our target audience, improve conversion rates, and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met, adjusting tactics as necessary
- Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize website content
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms (web, social media, blogs, emails, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop creatives and marketing materials
- Manage social media channels, including posting content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance
- Create, test, and analyze email marketing campaigns to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns for optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
