THE WORK :
The Field Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our customer-facing teams by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to thrive in the rapidly evolving world of digital finance and blockchain technology. As Field Enablement Manager, you will flawlessly develop and implement training programs, build world-class enablement content, and adopt a data-driven approach to optimize field operations. This role acts as a critical bridge between Product, Sales & Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment and success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive field enablement strategy aligned with company goals.
- Craft and deliver engaging training programs, including new sales hire onboarding and product updates.
- Build and update enablement materials such as customer QBR templates, playbooks, and pitch decks in partnership with Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams.
- Serve as a liaison between Product and the Field for timely communication of product updates.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to showcase return on investment and drive improvement of enablement programs.
- Act as the voice of the field teams, providing feedback to influence product development, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
CA Annual Base Salary Range
136,000 — $155,000 USD
