Job Purpose
Lead and oversee the operational execution of the HR function with a commitment to internal growth and advancement of the company's workforce. Serve as a dynamic, hands-on leader, fostering a high-performance culture, driving talent management, and ensuring compliance with multi-state HR laws.
Essential Functions
- Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring needs at various locations
Ensure compliance with multi-state HR laws and regulations
Act as a trusted advisor to Directors of Operations on HR matters
Oversee plant HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $126,681.00 to $182,104.00 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Salary : $126,681 - $182,104
