Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinate warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory levels.
- Plan and assign shipments to meet customer orders.
- Establish employee schedules and coordinate work of warehouse associates.
- Communicate information and any issues across shifts.
- Train, coach, and supervise new and existing employees.
- Utilize performance measurement systems to provide feedback to direct reports.
- Hold employees accountable for attendance, job expectations, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2–5 years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center management.
- Strong computer skills including experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
