In this position you will work collaboratively with the HR Manager to coordinate HR functions across the business, ranging from answering benefit enquiries, workers compensation, payroll support, assist with new hire orientation, respond to employee request and address any issues, maintenance and manage employee records, collecting hours for staff payroll and assist with recruitment. You will also spearhead and develop a committee aimed at organizing and running company events throughout the year.

This position would suit someone that is looking for an autonomous position, where you can bring new ideas for innovation, implement improvements and work cross functionally across the HR department, independently.

The Position :

• Work autonomously across a variety of key HR function within a growing, innovative manufacturing organization
• Responsible for, new hire orientation, workers compensation, HR administration, payroll support, benefit enquiries and manage employee records
• Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday’s (12 : 00)
• Play a vital role in organizing company events throughout the year
• Training and tuition reimbursement on offer as well as a good company package
