What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Studio Operations Manager position at Riser Fitness, LLC?
Riser Fitness, LLC is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system. As Assistant General Manager, you will be part of the growing boutique fitness industry and play a key role in driving revenue streams: memberships & retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email. You will excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment, and possess solid writing and grammar skills.
- Sales Generation: Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking to drive membership and retail sales through customer service.
- Operations Management: Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts, train and support Sales Associates, and enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
- Leadership: Lead by example, schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions, and ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
