Responsibilities:
HR DutiesOnboarding employees in ADPOnboarding training schedule for new employees Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. Setting goals with each employeeCounseling any employees struggling in their roles and implementing PIPsScheduling and executing monthly one-on-ones, 90 day, 6 month, and yearly reviewsApproving PTO, schedule changes, and call offs with staffMaintaining job postings on different platforms and work with outside recruiters on talent pipeline.Approve time clocks for accuracy and honestyReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures by STAT entry and managementManagement by statistics, deploying corrective action items for staff based on company performanceUpholding the company’s culture by creating engaging opportunities for employees and recognition
Office Management DutiesMonitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as requiredInventory management of supplements and orderingRegistering medical providers for conferences, booking flights and hotelsRenewing provider licensing to ensure they are up to date and compliantSubmit any business license renewalsMake bank deposits and keep an accurate record of cash on handClient support/ AR accountingTier ll complaint resolution with clientsApproving refunds

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
