Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of our managed properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on rentals through out rapid city
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
- Ensure common areas and grounds are clean and in good condition
- Assist with turnover of rental units (e.g., repairs, cleaning)
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Changing locks, installing new interior doors, putting up CO/Smoke Detectors
Qualifications
- Proven experience
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with staff and clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Have a valid drivers license
