Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong background in PC hardware and software support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person interactions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, iPads, laser printers, and smartphones;
- Install and configure new equipment, including computers, printers, and other devices;
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of Windows PC operating systems, MS/AD, Office, Citrix, and Cisco switches;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- USC or green card holder preferred;
