Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Rita’s Italian Ice. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving delicious Italian ice to our valued customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve Italian ice in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Experience:
- No previous experience required; we will provide training
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
