What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Manager position at Rita Staffing?
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
· 3-5 years of experience working in logistics or inventory management. (REQUIRED)
· 3-5 years experience working in a warehouse environment. (REQUIRED)
· 1-3 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more associates (REQUIRED)
· 1 year experience working with Orchestrated Beer, SAP, or similar inventory management system. (PREFERRED)
· Experience in Direct-To-Consumer order processing. (PREFERRED)
· Must have flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
· High School Diploma or GED
General Summary:
- Communicate daily with while providing partners excellent customer service
- Input finished goods, create delivery orders, handle daily inventory transactions in Orchestrated Beer.
- Manage email communications for all outbound / inbound shipments and partner inventories
- Manage dock associates, monitoring Quality Assurance of outbound orders, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Audit and report inventory monthly while making recommendations on which items to restock or discard
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner
- Create weekly partner reports
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management
- Package and ship samples using various shipping platforms.
- Engage in internal team building and company development initiatives
- Assist with other production functions and support as needed
