REPORTS TO : VP of Fleet, Technology, & Systems
EMPLOYEE : Full-Time; Hourly
POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Support Specialist role is a key member of the organization's IT strategy. Our business is continuing to grow, driving the need for our IT department to expand. The successful individual would limit downtime by being a valuable resource for our company. This individual needs to have the organizational skills to manage our computer and hardware inventory while being frugal to prevent excess. A successful candidate is a self-motivator as they will work independently on many projects but also has strong communication skills when partnering with Operations or customers. The candidate must be comfortable and enjoy solving problems that require investigation and do not have clear steps to the solution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages Technical Assets
Assists in maintaining hardware inventory
Manages account creation for new employees
Resource for Operations on any hardware / software issues
