We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. Busy Restaurant group is looking for Restaurant Manager(s) to lead all aspects of the restaurant. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
The Restaurant Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both the front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check in with guests, and balance seating capacity. We expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and guests have pleasant dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the General Manager and Executive Chef in a support roll for the operations of the restaurant
- Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Bar inventory, ordering, scheduling, and management
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like RESY, Hot Schedules, and Toast
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
Qualified candidates must have a least 2 years of experience managing high-volume full-service dining establishments. Our managers should have passion for the industry, be hard working, have great leadership skills, be willing to build guest relations, and have a strong knowledge of food & beverage.

Pay: $54,719.87 - $62,000.00 per year
