Responsibilities:
· Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to our senior living community, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff management, and fostering a supportive environment.
· Care Excellence: Ensure exceptional care delivery through personalized care plans, coordination with healthcare professionals, and maintaining high standards of resident well-being.
· Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
· Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff.
· Financial Management: Responsible for budget oversight, resource allocation, and financial sustainability of the facility.
· Advocacy and Outreach: Advocate for the needs and rights of seniors with specific needs, participate in community events, and represent the facility in industry forums.
Qualifications:
· Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare management, or related field.
· Strong understanding of senior care regulations and compliance.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Understanding of basic HR regulations and elements for team success.
· Passion for serving seniors with specific needs and improving their quality of life.
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
