We have an immediate opening for a full-time Accounting Assistant. Duties include accounts payable, pricing audits, posting receivables, insurance benefits, COBRA, Garnishments, training and access for payroll system, and processing bi-weekly payroll. Assist CFO with other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting or 3-5 years current experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
