We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ppoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate sanding and floor grinding equipment.
- Install various types of flooring, epoxy resins.
- Prepare subfloors by leveling, cleaning, and repairing as necessary.
- Perform fixture installation related to flooring projects.
- Conduct water damage restoration as needed to ensure proper installation conditions.
- Buff and finish floors to achieve desired appearance and durability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate installations.
- Assist in construction estimating for project planning purposes.
- Engage in remodeling tasks as required during flooring projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Epoxy Flooring Installer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong skills in fixture installation, water damage restoration, buffing, construction estimating, construction painting, remodeling, concrete finishing, carpentry, blueprint reading, and floor care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
