Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various flooring materials and techniques, ensuring the following is executed to provide a flawless garage and commercial space flooring install.
- Surface preparation expertise: Theability to properly grind, clean, and level concrete surfaces before epoxy application.
- Epoxy application techniques: demonstrate knowledge of different epoxy systems, including application methods using rollers, trowels.
- Attention to detail: striving to achieve a smooth, even finish with precise measurements and consistent application.
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas accurately.
- Install various types of flooring, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary underlayment.
- Restore and maintain existing flooring as needed to ensure longevity and aesthetics.
- be diligint in the installation of the different types of fast top applications.
- Handle caulking and fixture installation to complete flooring projects professionally.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as buffing to enhance the appearance of installed surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to flooring installation.
- Knowledge of tile laying techniques and best practices for various flooring materials.
