Who You Are :
- Experience in developing and driving employee engagement and communications, preferably in a professional services or agency environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities, including experience writing and tailoring content in a variety of different voices and for different audiences
- Adept at creating communications products across many channels, including video, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, emails, and virtual events
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders
- Strong understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices
- Experience or ability to quickly learn internal communications tools, (e.g., Staffbase (Bananatag), SharePoint, Workday / Peakon, Poppulo)
What You'll Do :
The expected pay range for this position is $72,000 - $100,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
