- Organized, precise, and able to follow directions with flexibility in production demands
- Ability to read and follow directions from set recipes.
- Ability to look at formulas accurately to ensure consistency.
- Possesses a team player attitude and flexible.
- Understands and has basic knowledge of sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train bakers and baker helpers.
- Checks production schedule for variety and quantity of goods to bake according to production schedule.
- Ensuring rotation of products in the freezer so that the freshest is always available and utilized.
- Assist in the creation of new items.
- Ability to identify and order products needed for production.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Three to four years of pasty/baking in a similar size operation.
- Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred but not required.
- HS diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Serve Safe certification
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
- Greets all guests with a smile
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
- Must possess a cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
