Job Summary:
Works directly with the Slot Supervisor to ensure all guest needs are met, pay out jackpots, fix simple issues within the slot machines, and be the face of the slot department on the floor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to the Player Services Department during high volume periods, such as promotional events, Slot Tournaments, or acts as a KIOSK Ambassador.
- Welcomes customers.
- Responsible for executing new card sign-ups utilizing handheld devices and desktop computers at the Rush Rewards Center, Bus welcoming area, and Event Center. Responsible for Slot Tournaments and KIOSK assistance as needed
- Informs members of benefits, contests and promotions.
- Replaces lost club cards.
- Distributes promotional items in accordance with specific guidelines excluding discretionary authority to issue promotional play.
- Responds to guest questions, issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Knowledgeable of casino including but not limited to hours of operations of casino, restaurants, and other amenities.
- Complies with internal controls, standards and procedures.
- May be required to stay over your regular shift when the company requires it.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements:
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Previous hospitality experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests.
- Ability to remain calm and upbeat while handling customer concerns.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to work in a loud, bright, and/or smoky environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week, including holidays.
Salary : $27,000 - $34,200
