Target Pay: Start - $ 21.69 One Year - $24.10
Essential Job Functions:
- Acknowledge the guest and delivers beverage orders in accordance to serving standards
- Take guest orders accurately and completely
- Always maintain a clean workstation and perform assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc.
- Ensure the initial delivery of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Six Months or more of customer service experience (food and beverage industry preferred)
- 21 Years of age or older
- Must be alcohol and food handler certified
- Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to read, write and communicate
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to understand the concept of cash handling, making change and counting it back to customers
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
- Ability to be a TEAM player
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to see, talk, and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
- Frequently lifts/carries 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- Frequently required to stoop, crouch, or kneel
- Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
