What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager - Golf Pro position at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort?
This position serves to assist the Golf Director in the management of the golf operations, including daily oversight of staff to ensure they are carrying out their responsibility of providing first class service to golf guests.
Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Manage and coordinate the golf schedule along with daily play.
- Oversee daily operations of staff, to include scheduling, coaching and providing daily direction.
- Partner effectively with other departments to ensure flawless execution of guest events.
- Prepare tournament budgets for each event.
- Quality preparations and presentations and timely results sheets for all events.
- Assist in creating and managing the merchandise plan and inventory levels.
- Responsible for managing to a budget.
Required:
- Minimum of 1-year prior supervisor experience, preferably in a golf course.
- Minimum of 2 years (season) prior experience working in a golf course setting.
