Riverside Country Club, the premier private country club in Bozeman, Montana, is seeking a full-time Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our dynamic organization.

Position Overview: The Accounting Manager is the club's chief financial officer, ensuring Riverside's economic health and integrity. Reporting directly to the Director of Club Operations and working closely with the Finance Committee and Board of Directors, the Accounting Manager oversees all aspects of accounting, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise accounting staff.

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and cash flow statements.

Collaborate with department heads to monitor budgets and control costs.

Oversee member billing, accounts, and collections.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and prepare necessary reports.

Attend Finance Committee and Board of Director meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting, financial management, and staff supervision.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
