We are currently interviewing for an experienced Maintenance Director
Riverside Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to manage the operations and maintain the facility's safety and comfort for our residents and staff. A successful candidate will come with prior Long Term Care / Healthcare Maintenance leadership experience.
This is a full time position working day time hours.
What You Will Do :
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and scheduled maintenance on mechanicals
- Work closely with other department heads to prepare rooms for new resident admissions / discharges
- Develop and implement programs to ensure work safety assurance and compliance to OSHA and Lifesafety guidelines and standards
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Manage financial and operational budgets
