Riverside Recovery of Tampa is a substance abuse center offering a full continuum of care for men and women suffering from addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete bio-psychosocial assessments with clients
- Critically assess clients to provide the best continuum of care
- Facilitate therapeutic services, education groups, and process groups
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Timely and accurate completion of documentation
- Communicate progress with appropriate referral resources and monitoring agencies
- Attend treatment team meetings, weekly clinical supervision and client behavioral staffing
- Utilize empirically supported theoretical orientations and client behavioral interventions for creation of individualized treatment plans
- Effectively communicate any concerns and utilize a multidisciplinary team approach to develop strategies and modify behaviors
- Appropriate use of multi-culturally competent strategies and therapeutic approach to all clients in substance use population
- Ability to respond to any Riverside staff, clients or family members with urgency and professionalism
- Must be available to work onsite and be occasionally on-call during nights and/or weekends as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and/or Licensed/Registered MHC,CSW,MFT in the State of Florida
- Clinical experience in crisis, behavioral, and therapeutic interventions
- One (1) year or more working as a clinician in the addiction and recovery field
- One (1) working with adults with addictive disorders and dual diagnoses
- One (1) experience facilitating therapeutic groups
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
