Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, staff training, member service, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Drive sales initiatives and promote deposit products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement effective shift management practices to optimize staffing levels and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a Financial Institution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Administrative experience that includes scheduling, reporting, and compliance oversight.
