We're seeking a Branch Manager who has strong banking knowledge and expertise. The successful candidate will have prior banking experience, supervisory experience, strong customer service skills and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers in the Wildwood (St. Louis) market.
- Assess customer needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage the daily operations of the branch.
- Maintain a strong presence in the community and create personal relationships with customers by networking, attending community events, and giving back.
- Expand the branch's business through word-of-mouth marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
