EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming USPS, UPS, FEDEX, WB Mason, OHL and all applicable delivery companies as well as internal campus mail and paychecks for students, faculty and administrative offices•Process outgoing mail, including weighing and rating all classes of mail, metered or nonmachinable; printing and affixing labels to all non-machinable items•Provide individualized, front-line customer service to employee and student walk-ins with service for all mail, student paychecks, packages, copy orders, and general questions•Using Adobe Acrobat and internal printing software, process all copy center requests for duplicating, folding, cutting, binding, scanning, etc., in a timely fashion•Calculate pricing and order totals for Copy Center requests, troubleshoot basic issues on printing and other Copy Center machines•Prepare administrative reports related to Mail Room and Copy Center operations for month and fiscal year end.
