- Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage job postings, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
- Employee Relations – Support team members with HR-related inquiries and assist in conflict resolution.
- Benefits & Payroll Administration – Assist in benefit enrollment, payroll audits, and ensure compliance.
- HR Compliance & Reporting – Maintain records, track employment data, and assist with audits.
- General HR Support – Organize HR-related events, manage documentation, and support company initiatives.
What You Bring:
✔ Experience: 3-5 years in an HR role, preferably as a generalist.
✔ Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
✔ Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws and policies, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 & HRIS systems.
✔ Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
