DESCRIPTION
RJ Byrd has been engaged by a long-time client in the SaaS software development industry. They've created an amazing add-on to ERP systems to enable Time and Labor management much more efficient. Open due to growth, the client is looking to add to their existing sales team. In this role, they need a hunter and not an account manager. They are an entrepreneurial company selling into much larger companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a 4-year college degree or combination of some college and work experience.
- 5 years in a sales role, preferrable in software sales with ERP and / or big-ticket packages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 5 years experience dealing with companies who has a large portion of their workforce in the field (i.e. Real Estate Development, Excavation, Oil and Gas, Construction, etc.).
- Possess a strong work ethic, winning attitude and competitive mindset. (former college athletes and similar)
