Summary/Objectives
The Equipment Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. The responsibilities of the Equipment Warehouse Associate include ensuring that all equipment is efficiently received, organized, and prepared for our customers’ orders. The Equipment Warehouse Associate will verify incoming and outgoing shipments, use forklifts and reach trucks to move items to and from warehouse racks, and pick and pull orders from the shop team. Other responsibilities include tagging and logging used items and inventory returned from customers, collaborating with the Inventory Control team to ensure accuracy of serialized items, and keeping the warehouse and dock areas clean and orderly.
Essential Functions

- Driving forklifts and reaching trucks.
- Verifying incoming receipts and reporting any discrepancies
- Tagging and tracking used equipment as it's returned
- Pull and stage equipment for the shop setup
- Assisting with quarterly inventory checks across the warehouse
- Warehouse organization and clean up
Work Environment
This job operates in our warehouse which is equipped with heating to ensure a comfortable environment during colder months, and high ceilings with an exhaust fan to help maintain airflow during warmer weather.
Physical Demands
Ability to pick up 50 pounds
Able to be on concrete for most of the workday.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full time.
Monday through Friday.
Occasional weekend work available.
Travel
No travel expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education and Experience
One year of warehouse experience & forklift certification.
