Responsibilities:
· Handle organic daily inbound mortgage leads
· Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
· Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
· Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
· Customer service experience
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preference
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in email
· Focused and dedicated to achieving results
· Comfortable in a high-paced environment
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Experience in sales, 1 years (preferred)
