What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at RLJ MANAGEMENT?
We are seeking part-time Property Management candidates to become a part of our team! You will utilize your excellent management and people skills to oversee the operations of one multifamily community in the Danville area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Supervise, motivate and train site staff
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Maintain compliance with reporting agencies
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with Tax Credit compliance
- Ability to build rapport with tenants and applicants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional/positive/team oriented attitude
