Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Entering time and job reports to accounting
- Managing job work orders from clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Creating project documentation for contracts
- Procurement of material for projects
- Provide general information to clients, customers, and employees
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ Associates
- Dependable transportation with DL
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
-Typing skills much be at least 120wpm
- Strong calendar management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
