Position Overview:

As a Client Success Manager at Trinity Health, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued clients. You’ll act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, addressing their needs, and driving their success through personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Monitor and assess client accounts to identify opportunities for growth or additional services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct regular check-ins and updates with clients to ensure ongoing alignment with their goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details in CRM systems.
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
