About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to join our team to enhance brand visibility and support internal departments through digital marketing, trade shows, social media, email campaigns, and other channels. This role requires a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable wearing multiple hats working on a small, dynamic team. Key Job Responsibilities: • Oversee and grow engagement on RNWBL and affiliate social media channels, maintaining alignment with business units and major initiatives. • Develop blog posts, case studies, and marketing materials that align with RNWBL’s brand. • Create and manage email campaigns ensuring alignment with company strategy. • Monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, or other analytic tools. • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors for printing, swag and sponsorships. • Support conference coordination efforts, including sponsorships, booth design, employee logistics, and promotional item procurement. • Assist in securing speaking engagements for RNWBL leadership at industry events. • Collaborate with sales and operations to develop compelling customer testimonials and case studies. • Provide support for each department with marketing collateral, pitch decks, and client presentations. • Manage RNWBL’s industry association memberships and ensure employees have access to their benefits. • Assist with special event planning such as catering, giveaways, photography and more. Qualifications & Competencies: • 1-3 years of professional experience required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong eye for design and visual storytelling; experience with graphics or branding is a plus. • High level of commitment to quality and execution. • Willingness to travel once per quarter for events and/or projects. • Experience in renewable energy is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
