Critical Job Functions :
- Develop territory growth strategy to include growth within existing customers and new prospects
- Daily travel throughout assigned territory to conduct customer meetings
- Negotiate pricing with customers and work collaboratively with pricing department to finalize
- Maintain contact with key accounts and new customers to ensure we are exceeding service levels and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer trends and operating performance, identify opportunities, develop strategy, and proactively communicate with service center personnel and customer
- Achieve territory sales targets to include revenue growth, operating performance, and key activity metrics
- Ensure all key customer information is captured in CRM tool to include all customer contacts, current level of business and account strategy
