What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Superintendent position at Robert E. Hill, Inc.?
Seeking live-out super for 26 unit residential condominium. Experience required in the following areas:
- staff supervision
- pool operator certification (can become certified on the job)
- lifeguard certification (can become certified on the job)
- understanding of heating, plumbing and electrical systems
- We are looking for a motivated, responsible, flexible, friendly, handy person to oversee all aspects of the physical building.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
