Responsibilities
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily cash transactions.
- Record quarter-end dispositions and maintain detailed records.
- Handle accounting for dispositions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for financial tasks.
- Execute accounting functions with precision, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and maintain Balance Sheet Account effectively.
- Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, Cl Programming, and Concur for various accounting tasks.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
- Knowledge of Cl Programming is a must
- Experience with Concur is expected
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
- Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is required
- Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial
- Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory
- Experience in Auditing is necessary
- Skill in managing Balance Sheet Accounts is required
