Robert Half Talent Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing organization based in the Toledo, OH area to join their team! They are seeking a talented Accounting Analyst to strengthen their accounting operations and manage a growing volume of customer transactions.
What You’ll Do :
- Financial Analytics : Assist with and lead financial analysis projects to support a broad spectrum of functional teams.
- Own A / R Processes : Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and timely posting of payments and adjustments.
- Reconciliations : Reconcile A / R accounts to pinpoint and resolve discrepancies. Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with Sales, Installation, and Customer Service teams to streamline billing and collections.
- Customer Engagement : Resolve billing inquiries, answer account questions, and ensure great customer experiences.
